I had a quote from elegant dwellings to fix an upstairs floor that was sloping. When they came to do the job they lifted the carpet and realised that the job was different than they originally thought and they still fixed my floor, even going so far as to go back home and collect a different tool that they needed to complete the work. The gentleman that came ( I wasn't home so I am not sure of his name) was polite and knowledgeable and left the landing clean and tidy after he finished. I am very happy with the work that was completed and I would definitely use this company again!
